SHIPPING & RETURNS

EXCHANGE 

You can make  change with other model, size  and / or different color according to the availability of the moment. 

To make the change, the customer must communicate in writing by email to info@laalouj.com  within 48 hours of receiving the goods, specifying the details of the order and the reason why you want to change the item and wait for confirmation from Laalouj.

The returned goods must be sent to the following address: LAALOUJ, Via Emilio Morosini 22, 20135 Milan.

The product must be intact and including its original packaging and packaging not deteriorated.

To change, follow the procedures listed below:

-  keep the goods, packaging bag and box in good condition

-  send us an email at info@laalouj.com specifying the details of the order and the reason for the change

-  wait for our confirmation email to be able to proceed with the return

-  place the item in its original packaging 

-  close the box with tape securely

-  ship to the address above.

The shipping costs for the change will be entirely borne by the buyer.

The acceptance of the exchange will be confirmed only after Laalouj has read the goods, who will have to evaluate the state of the product.

 

Before proceeding with the purchase, we invite customers to carefully read our table on the SIZE GUIDE and all the information provided to help choose the most correct size in order to avoid exchange problems.

RETURN 

Only in case of serious reasons it is possible to make the return within 10 working days from receipt of the purchased goods. All returns must be authorized by Laalouj before being shipped.

To obtain authorization for the return, the customer must send an email to info@laalouj.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. 

In case of return, the shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, this shipment must be traceable and the customer has full responsibility for it.

The products must not have been worn or altered and must be returned in their original condition including the original undamaged bag and packing.
If the returned goods are damaged, they could be refused and returned to the sender with shipping costs at his expense, at the discretion of Laalouj.
Discounted items are non-refundable.

To proceed with the return shipment  follow the procedures listed in point 7. of the gearbox.
